MAINTENANCE UTILITY

As a Maintenance Utility & Injection Technician, I am responsible for executing standardized routine inspections (checksheets) to ensure the optimal performance of injection molding machines and critical utility facilities, including cooling towers, compressors, air dryers, and control panels (hot runner & machine). Beyond preventive maintenance, I possess hands-on capability in technical troubleshooting, managing issues from minor faults to major breakdown maintenance, and applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to mitigate recurrence. Driven by a continuous learning mindset, I have also expanded my expertise into robotics automation, actively handling system standardisation, routine checks, and troubleshooting for production-support robot units.
